In the civil buildings, the goal to improve rooms' comfortableness, to save energy and to manage conveniently can be achieved by using the concentrated air-condition system. In recently, the control to the concentrated air-condition is mainly temperature control.The key points of the air-condition system designing are: firstly, selecting the control rules. Now the more often used control rules are PI, PD, PID. But the question is which one fit air-condition control system most? Secondly, determining the control system. Nowadays the single circuit control system is used commonly. And many specialists suggest that the series connection control system is better. So what are the advantages of the series connection control system and what objects are fit most? Up to now these two qustions have no certain conclusions.To air-condition temperature control system, in this paper, firstly,the mathematical model is established by using the differential equations method. Though equations deducing to find the control object, which is the relationship between the rooms' temperature-time constants and controlsystem's kinds of performance indexes, elucidate the effects of the big rooms' temperature-time constans to the control system .Then combined with the requirements of air-condition craft to the control, it is proposed that the main question needed to be solved under the air-condition control system designing is its quickness. Through analyzing the different kinds of control rules,a more suitable control rule is proposed. By using the waning curve method, an adjustment method of the single circuit control system adjuster parameters is obtained. To series connection control system, in the paper,the more suitable objects are suggested by using the differential equations, equations deducing and comparing the stubbornness of series connection control system and single circuit control system to overcome the disturbances.
