Research And Development Of Home Health Telemonitoring System Based On Embedded System

With the improvement of living standards, the alteration of lifestyle, eating habits changed, as well as the development of the aging of the population, the prevalence rate of chronic diseases increased year by year, accompanied by an increasingly high medical costs. And the current medical insurance system in which too much emphasis on the medications and too little on the comprehensive cure- eventually results in unsatisfactory effect of control. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out health management for chronic diseases. The paper first discusses three models of the health management services, propose management model of my system which based on co-operative mechanism among commercial health insurance, chronic health management companies and multi-hospital; At the basic of the study of the field of medical and health information standards, the local guiding specification was work out, which is consistent with the specific device and environment;In the framework of DOTNET, with the adoption and efficacious uses of technology of SOA and AOP, designed for remote home health monitoring system ,the complete uncoupling of the content and the presentation of health services was achieved, by which the doctor will be able to develop flexible health programs and physical monitoring programs, thereby practical value of such system were enhanced.Then the system platform and framework model understand and analysis, the specific network architecture of the system was proposed; Comparison and analysis were focused on two common embedded hardware and four embedded operating system in the introduction of embedded systems technology; Terminal equipment for detecting was designed, which was based on embedded systems and was consistent with the requirement of home health telemonitoring system. Finally a instance of the system was designed and developed. Application of clinical trial can verify the stability and advanced performance of the system which had fulfill the design demand, and be able to carry out market-oriented operation.
