The rapidly changing computer science has brought about inexhaustible vigor to the development of telemedicine system。With the development of wireless communication,electron and information technology, computer industry has grown into mobile times。Embedded System represented by palm.computer (personal digital assistant) has become popular day by day。Using computer in mobile,connecting the mobile subject together with the immense digital space seamlessly via network,and realizing medical monitoring anytime anywhere is no longer Arabian Nights。First,the thesis analyzed the research background,status quo and inadequacy to bring forward the research goal;Second,I studied the correlative technology to provide theoretical basis for the research of wireless.communication telecare system (WCTS );Third,I put forward a complete logical frame design of WCTS。I analyzed and devised the wireless communication mode , function realization principle and application model of monitor center in telecare system。Refer to virtual medical signal instrument and international standard IEEE 1073,based on embedded platform,I put our analysis and design emphasis on everyingredient module of mobile monitoring equipment。Through analyzing and dealing with the data transmission by wireless communication,insured the bandwidth,reliability and signal continuity。I designed the scheme of data compress,too。I carried on the theory research and program design of the two modules of data collection and wireless communication in the application software,and validate by experiment。Finaly,I made a summarization and prospect。We develop the network application platform of the remote system based on three.layers compute fabric model,and an Internet/Intranet solution based on Windows 2000 AdvanceServer is proposed。A newly generation data storage engine.dbExpress is introduced into the database management system based on MIDAS technique system。Realtime display of physiological parameter waveform based on B/S mode is implemented by utilizing ActiveX , Delphi ActiveForm and network data communication principle based on Sockets。On the foundation of analysis of actual research and application status of electronic medical record,the electronic medical record subsystem based on Web is designed。Client.end pages aredeveloped by using Delphi ActiveForm/IntraWeb , DHTML and ASP。We achieveseveral Web applications,for instance information issuance,user consultation and communion。...
