As the market competition aggravating, risks which enterprise running faces increase heavily. Although people have conducted massive research on the theory and the methods for risk management, in the business management it mainly relies on superintendent's subjective decision-making. It is extremely essential to develop enterprise risk management information system so that the qualitative and the quantitative analysis on the enterprise risks are performed to provide support for the enterprise risk management.This paper emphatically discusses how to enhance risk control function of the ERP system and a risk management information system according to the actual demand of a Mould Base Manufacture Enterprise is designed. In this paper, the development history and the present situation of the ERP system are introduced and the limitation of the ERP system in enterprise risk control and the risk management are pointed out firstly. Then, the enterprise risk management and the enterprise risk controls are discussed thoroughly, and the methods, process and the goal of risk management are analysed in detail. In order to perform the analysis of enterprise risks scientifically, the Accident Tree Analysis method is used to design and realize the risk management subsystem. The accident tree analytic method can perform risk events analysis qualitatively and quantitatively, sort elementary events which result in the risk event according to important rate. It makes the enterprise superintendents to process the most essential elementary event and help them achive the risk control goal. Lastly, the paper discussed the design and application of the risk management information system in detail. By using this system, the risk event can be defined, risk origin can be analysed and the risk management suggestion can be presented. The application domain of the Accident Tree Analysis method is expanded, which not only makes this method be applied in the system reliability analysis, but also maks it applied in the business management and the decision-making. Application of the risk management information system in the Mould Base Manufacture Enterprise shows that exact analysis results of the complex business can be obtained with this system and Guide can be performed for enterprise to conduct the risk management.This article uses the venture decision algorithm to satisfy the enterprise risk control goal under the risk budget cost premision. When the contradictions between the risk control goal and the enterprise's risk budget investment takes place, this algorithm also can work out the risk control budget volume which enterprise is supposed to enlarge the investment.
