The Real Estate Display System Based On Virtual Reality

Virtual reality technology is a new technology based on computer technology in the late of the 20th century.it is an high-tech integration technology which integrated multi-disciplinary into one. By the comprehensive utilization of three-dimensional computer vision,haptic feedback,virtual stereo technology, virtual reality has a high fidelity simulation in the natural environment such as, listening, moving, etc. The virtual reality's artificial simulation environment has the characteristics of a sense of immersion,interaction and ideas, as well as Multi-Sensory characteristics and autonomy.Virtual reality estate display system is an operation environment which provide a simulation of the residential real estate environment for the user by the use of virtual reality visual simulation technology.it enables users to have a practical exposure sense in the virtual estate as same as the sense in the real area, and form a realistic,visual,auditory, and tactile senses of the world.At the same time, it's also an interactive virtual environment through sense operation such as feeling,language,gestures etc.By the awareness of virtual reality technology and the development of three-dimensional simulation technology, This thesis has established one of the urban environment simulation system's technology and methods, which include using three-dimensional modeling and simulation software(MultiGen Creator) and simulation driver software (MultiGen Vega) to establish three-dimensional landscape model of residential real estate based on the use of the data of digital topographic maps,aerial photographs and digital image,and developing a virtual real estate residential real estate system by the use of VC + + 6.0 platform,which has the roaming and interactive features.the main contents of article are:1,Analysis of the status of virtual reality technology and development trends;2,Compared with the traditional drawbacks of the real estate marketing model, the thesis present a new type of marketing model based on Virtual Reality estate display system;3,The thesis establish the residential estate's DEM by the use of digital topographic maps, and generate terrain model combined with Aerial Image Data;4,The thesis complete the the property modeling of residential buildings in the MultiGen creator, and use many key technology in the modeling scene, such as texture mapping techniques,examples of technology etc;5,By the combination of VC++ 6.0 and Vega , the thesis complete the design of the Virtual reality estate display system.
