Nowadays,science and technology in railway rolling stocks is developing rapidly in the direction of high-speed and over-loading,and all kinds of new techniques are coming up with it,so do the technological performance and overhauling index,therefore,technological information and training material come to be more and more.However,most of the training works are carried out in the way of bidimensional drawings or explicatory characters;this not only makes training and learning difficult for staff in railway departments,but also hinders the propagation and development of the new technology.Just by this token,this thesis began to engage in the research and realization of the tri-dimensional interactive simulation training system based on vehicles system.This thesis is built on the base of bogie system in carriage trucks.Integrating tri-dimensional animation technology,multimedia technology and virtual reality technology,this tri-dimensional interactive simulation training system made up a human-computer interaction simulation platform in the way of desktop computer.It achieved the analog and simulation of internal composition,principle of the design and technological conditions of bogie.This simulation system reappeared the real training in the manner of human-computer interaction.It can be used in training for operators and troubleshooting workers anytime anywhere,helping to finish the training efficiently, freely and initiatively,without considering the external resources,such as place,space, time and environment and so on.The research work and task in this thesis is executed revolving around the design and realization of the tri-dimensional interactive simulation training system based on the K7 bogie.It mainly analyzes and resolves the human-computer interface and human-computer interaction,simulation for internal compositions and principles of the bogie system,in this way,the practicability and value of research are upstanding and significant.Three problems are analyzed,discussed and resolved in this thesis:simplification of tri-dimensional model,design and realization of human-computer interface and human-computer interaction,and solutions of collision detection.Tri-dimensional model simplification technology is an important and urgent problem in the fields of computer simulation,visualization and virtual reality.Human-computer interface and human-computer interaction is the core of interaction technology.In this thesis,the interactive devices are mouse,keyboard,microphone and monitor.Collision detection is proposed for the sake of improving the sense of reality and interactivity.The new about this thesis can be embodied in the following two aspects:Firstly,a good method in the simplification of tri-dimensional model is proposed and certified,which is the comprehensive utilization of model simplification and model smoothing processing.In this way,we have obtained a fine effect that the optimized model not only is simplified greatly,but also get excellent appearance.Secondly,we adopted an easy-to-use,precise and humanization method in the design and realization tri-dimensional interactive simulation training system.In the design of human-computer interface,multi-level information modules are appended for users' interactive operation,such as panel menu,shortcut pictures in small window and real-time display of models' name following the cursor.In the design of human-computer interaction,the full development of three keys of mouse means to make operators focus attention on the training content.During the interactive operation, special highlight and indication arrow is planned to manage and indicate the user's operation.The starting point of the thesis is to research and realize a simple,functional and efficient desktop training system,aiming at bringing down training cost and bumping up training efficiency to resolve the workers' training problem in railway administrations. In this sense,this technique can also be used in development of other training system of railway administrations,and likewise,other training system of other industry.
