DRM is digital rights management (Digital Right Management) acronym for the technology to protect digital information resources, legal copyright, to prevent piracy. Benefits in the market with a large number of hackers to crack under the dual pressure, DRM has encountered unprecedented difficulties, some well-known manufacturers use DRM have to give up this technology.This article from the market point of view of the existence of existing DRM business model and technical defects, an analysis of the development trend of mobile devices and 3G technologies, as well as the emerging cloud computing technology hot spots. From the protection of information resources, timeliness and dissemination of market-value-added perspective, in the OMA-DRM2.0 on basic standards, a server-side based on cloud model, the client based on J2ME and micro smart card solutions for a new type of DRM. The program focused far OMA standard solution at the actual operation in the process of implementation difficulties, the use of cloud computing architecture to a unified service operators external interface, use the J2ME client software to achieve, add smart cards to provide identification and support of encryption algorithm.In the implementation process, the use of OpenAPI way to verify the feasibility of cloud computing architecture and convenience. The core of the client software to a detailed UML design, it has a good platform compatibility, scalability and scalability, the use of J2ME implementation of the core content of the AGENT and mobile platforms for micro smart card access, verify the program enforceability.
