The Design Of Detecting And Storage System For Electrician PDA

In recent years come more and more professional PDAs along with the rapid development of integrativity, portability and artificial intelligence in engineering technology.The electrician PDA based on S3C2410 is such a portable and multifunctional device which integrates multimeter and oscillograph, and can provide common calculation about electrics formulae, electric parameters information inquiry, communication and network with other devices and also covers online-search, self-detecting and self-restoring.This paper's task, which belongs to the project of electrician PDA based on S3C2410, mainly aimed at the design of the storage and the detecting system for it.In this paper, the author applied the chip of 32-bit RISC embedded microprocessor based on ARM920T,into which Linux operating system, hardware driver and application software are planted. The data collecting-processing circuit and LCD touch screen circuit are also applied.The author analyzed wave-display technology and the theory of measuring electric-class parameters and time-class parameters, which put the parameters such as resistance, capacitance, inductance, voltage, electricity and frequency under correct measurement.Additionally, this system applied LCD technology for realizing simultaneous digital-display and wave-display, it has USB interface and Internet interface for communication with outer devices.In this paper, the modular design method was adopted, the module of A / D conversion, waveform interpolation, external communications, as well as the frequency of signal collection were designed detailedly.It was confirmed that electricity-engineer PDA has a high measuring speed and precision, what's more, it's portable and easy to operate, thus, will be a good partner for electric engineers and have a wide application prospect and a huge practical value.
