In recent years, with extensive use of UPS power supply, UPS power monitoring and control of the requirements for more and more high, and embedded systems use and popularization of Internet, making this demand has become possible. Embedded systems and Internet combined for UPS power network monitoring is an inevitable trend, it can make use of Internet network to complete the scene, UPS power monitoring mission, which will be extended to the broader monitoring of space. At present, based on embedded systems to monitor network monitoring has become a hot area of research.In this paper, UPS power supply for the monitor object, at a comprehensive analysis of UPS power supply, Embedded System, CAN bus, based on departure from the practical application of embedded technology in the UPS power supply network monitoring system conducted in-depth research. Comparative analysis of common industrial network monitoring of the present situation, the established Internet and CAN-based embedded system bus on the UPS power supply for network monitoring, based on the Linux operating system to complete the monitoring system development. Monitoring system hardware design, the master chip companies selected SAMSUNG low-power high-performance ARM9-based S3C2410, CAN controller to use the new independent controller MCP2510, and finish the CAN interface module, Ethernet interface module and the people machine interactive module design. Software design in embedded Linux operating system transplantation and embedded graphical user interface, and the MCP2510-driven development, because of the system to achieve a web browser and a large amount of data exchange, the introduction of the Embedded Server Web server and embedded database SQLite, Convenience data management, improve the browsing speed.After experimental testing, the UPS network monitoring systems can power through a browser running on UPS power status, fault information, such as monitoring, statistics and inquiry, implementation of small size, low power, high-performance network monitoring. The network monitoring system has broad application prospects of other industrial monitoring network also has a certain degree of guidance and reference.
