In recent years, with the development of industrial technology, multi-motor co-driven widely used in rolling, textiles, motor car towing and other industries. Research and improve the performance of the multi motor synchronous control system and the the synchronization control accuracy to meet the requirements of a variety of manufacturing equipment and product quality has a very important theoretical and practical significance. So this paper designed an experimental platform which is able to simulate cold rolling mill production technology. The experimental platform with a strong background in engineering, wide coverage in industry and content rich in teaching. It can be dealed with a variety of levels of teaching or scientific research. It has very strong practicability and good prospects for promotion.Taking three-phase asynchronous motors as the object researched, and research on speed synchronous control of four motors. At first introduces the development status of multi motor speed synchronous control, the structural characteristics of three phase asynchronous motor and vector control theory.Then establish a mathematical model.Building a single induction motor vector control simulation model on MATLAB simulation platform.BP neural network PID controller is designed based on PID neural network multi-variable control algorithm.According to the result of the simulation, select bias coupling control strategy and establish multi-motor synchronous control system by four motors. Proposed improvement measure for inadequate of the traditional bias coupling control strategy,then set up a multi-motor synchronous control system based on improved bias coupling control strategy and BP neural network PID controller. Finally, set up a multi-motor speed synchronous experimental platform for the establishment of the Wincc SCADA software, PLC as the main station, MICROMASTER 440 inverter is slave to four synchronous motor speed control system for the study.Finally, summarize the research work, described the practical application of control problem, and discussed the future research.
