| Online tension inspection system is used in the High-speed stretch yarn machine to advance the quality of the products. It judges the fiber's quality by continuously inspecting the change of the fiber's tension. On one hand system needs to collect a large amount of data which is highly real-time, and on the other hand we need record a lot of data in order to easy to manage. This project based on the domestic and international system's advantage and disadvantage, combining newly promoted ARM processor, using various thoughts to solve the problem, come out to be a low cost, reliable and high-powered system solution one. It is very practical.The system contains a lot of software. They are as follows: on-site date process, data transmission, buffer store manager, data analyzing, data packaging, Ethernet control, SD card control, and upper machine statistic inspection software etc. They will be detailed explained in this article. |
