University information is the foundation and the important symbol of social information.Under the knowledge economy condition, the realization of university information is the development tendency of college.Through the network, it can complete the laboratory management and reduce the laboratory manager's work suitably. After school ,opening the laboratory,meeting the student's study needs, displaying the use of laboratory adequately, raising the utilization rate of laboratory.In order to develop the dispatching system effedctively,the analysis, the design and the system modelling process is a key, it is extremely important to improve the software quality, the reliability, the reusability and reduce the software development cycle . This article uses the UML system modelling language, it not only supports the object-oriented analysis and the design, but also supports the software developing process.Under Huaian college of information technology , taking the province electronic information project as the experiment site,this paper use UML and RUP unification developing process to do the demand analysis of the laboratory scheduling system, establish the example model,the analysis and the design model.Take the laboratory scheduling system for example in this paper,according to the different angle ,for the system shows how to use UML to provide the powerful support from the system analysis,the design until the realization; and uses the different model to describe the system in different life cycle each kind of static structure and the dynamic behavior aspect characteristic.It does the UML modeling and the realization to the system in the paper,analyse the system security, proposes the security architecture model, analysis application and effect;and do the data mining of laboratory information which the teachiers applied,through the analysis optimize the institute's practice teaching resources.
