Along with the development of our country governmental affairs information, the original personal management mode can not keep up with the step of the social development. Personal management system is an important part of its affairs information, gathering file management, labor allotment, professional titles evaluation, staff appointment and dismiss, on the post or retired management. The lake of the advanced personal management software results in a phenomenon called "isolated island", and restricts work efficiency, so it is an actual requirement to put forward an integrate personal management system.This thesis takes personal management process in Weifang as an example, to study and design personal management system which supporting business process. In the whole research engineering, the process need analysis, design and test, etc. this makes the system has the basic function of the personal management, joining a flow mold piece, carrying out the centralized management to the personnel information. The adoption open type B/S structure can support on-line business, and also support the interview of other systems, improve efficiency consumedly. Adoption good software structure, benefits to repeated use in the late, and protects the investment by government.The thesis discusses the background and the characteristics of personal management, and also that of the C/S and B/S structure. It describes this system from two aspects which are obtained and demand, and clarifies the key problems. In the design stage, beginning with function and technique structure, then explains the database. In the end, it briefly explains and discusses realization of the system.This thesis explores and realizes the investigated personnel file management system, and its practical application is satisfying. This system improves the level of office automation in Weifang personnel section, and does certain contribution in pushing forward governmental affairs information.
