Now the editors are using the office software Excel to accomplish the scheduling work, as is an unprofessional application, there are so much more errors to weak on the scheduling quality.Looking on these years, more advanced several domestic TV programming systems well structured or beautifully designed, but each of them is different from TV schedule, if directly applied, it disrupted long-standing tradition of skilled Shandong TV scheduling habits, and format ideas are there is greater access is not conducive to exert the advantages of the Units. In order to meet the growing requirements of television programming designed to meet the Shandong TV station, this new type of programming software is imperative job.In this paper, the author analyzes the requirement and the management flows, and uses RUP as soft developing method, UML as mode language and .NET framework3.5 as technical platform to implement the whole TV program scheduling system.Firstly, the author analyzes the background of the system development and the present situation of the TV scheduling management, introduces the whole system generally. Analyses the functional and non-functional requirement, and describes particularly the system requirement by the flow chart and use case. Carry on a detailed description to the requirement analyzing of the system.According to the requirement analyzing, this paper gives the system architecture design. Based on the system requirements, this paper puts up the system design goals and principles, and then separately discusses the technology and functional structures. Technology structure is about the extensibility, the maintenance and the performance of system. So this paper adopts the . NET architecture, and analyses each layer's function. In the functional structure, this paper discusses the composition of each part, and finally puts up a dynamic system function flow.Following the architecture design, this paper particularly designs this TV program scheduling system. According to the requirement analyzing, the author carry on a detailed description to the design of every module. In the system modeling, in order to grasp the relationship of the function flows and every module, we put up the whole structure of this system. After realizing the whole structure, this paper particularly discusses the design of each module.Then, the author expounds expatiate the implements and test of the system. Based on the detailed design, this paper introduces each part's implementation, and puts forward the system result pictures.
