Research Of Grid Service Resources Discovery

Grid technology is an important development direction of current computer technology. It integrates resources that are connected by means of communication measures into an organic whole, and supplies user with a new kind of computing platform based on Internet. Grid information service is the core of grid system. Its goal is to connect and integrate various distributed and heterogeneous high-performance computers through high-speed Internet .The GIS provides uniform access to grid data storage resources. It is also convenient for users to finding, access and deal with information.Due to large-scale of grid, in the grid environment, there are large number of resources, the types of resources are complex, resource management strategies of resource owners are different, some of the resources may need to take the initiative to leave the grid environment because of the management or was forced to withdraw from the grid because of some unforeseen error and so, the resource discovery under large scale grid environmental becomes very complex and difficult. The existing grid resources found model has completely centralized resources finding algorithm, high Finding efficiency, but reliability, there is a single point of failure, scalability is rather poor, limited by the ability of the central information node, does not apply to large scale systems; In the fully distributed methods, the disorder and no structure of information resources space makes resource discovery blindness, resource discovery basic on flooding or radio is less efficient.For the shortcomings of grid resources discovery model, this paper is going to elaborate a based on hierarchical tree structure and overlay network of the grid resource discovery model. The model will be logically from the grid is divided into two layers from top to bottom: from the lower grid has a variety of resources and services of the grid nodes resources; for the top grid nodes of information and reliable distribution network of tree cover, in charge of information node The organization, management and resource locator. The model is based on layered approach to large-scale distribution grid to improve the environmental resources found in scalability, reliability to the network of tree cover to increase the efficiency of the resources found to parallel the way to achieve fast positioning of resources to complete the distribution of the way Organization of information resources to solve the node information to update and maintain the problem. Finally, do comparative analysis with the existing grid resources model in terms of resources discovery, resources updating and the cost of resources storage space.
