Research On Sources Management And Resources Allocation Of Grid

In the past ten years,scientific computing has been shifting from centric to distributed and parallel pattern.Recently, grid is a fast developing distributed computing technology which attempts to share and collaborate all the resources of internet including computing resourses,storing resourses,communication resources, software resources, information resources etc.So the internet becomes a huge supercomputer.As an integrated computing resources,it can absorb all kinds of resources,then transform them into reliable,normal and economical computing abilities which can be get everywhere. Grid make people use it like using electricity. With the development of the technolog there is a higher request for the capacity of computer in many areas and it is difficult for a single computer to afford calculation.As the result of the increasing demand for calculative resource and calculative capacity,the grid calculating technology's final goal is to dissolve the inf- ormation island and resource isolated island.Because grid is one of new research technology and it is more complex then others.In essence,large-scale grid resources is distributed and shared, self-resembling, heterogeneous, autonomous,dynamic and diverse and so on. In order to implement efficient grid computing many problems must be solved including resource management and scheduling, system security, programming scheme, performance evaluation, data access etc. Among them,resources management and allocation under grid environments is one of the key research fields of grid systems.The article is looking for a more reasonable grid resources management model and more efficient scheduling policy based on the characteristics of grid resources. In addition,sales promotion policies of resources allocation are researched. Based on previous research,the major research works and initiative points in this article are as below:Firstly,the basic concepts,characters and application fields of grid are introduc- ed,then several popular grid infrastructures are described,and several tipical grid technologies and resources management systems are discussed.This article has thoroughly analyzed the present situation and summarized the deficiency of the grid resource management.Then some present modles of grid resources management have illustrated and some grid resources management characteristics have discussed.Secondly ,base on the present resources management modles,Supermarket model is proposed and it's virtue is------some directories information on the high trust peer are transmitted on its own initiative,so resources are matched quickly,rare resources are distributed efficiently.Thirdly,the concept of trust is introduced to supermarket modle,and the resources search algorithm base on the trust is described.Lastly, it is compared Flooding algorithm with Rumor algorithm .GridSim,a grid modeling and emulation toolkit,is introduced in details. with the help of it ,the emulation of sales promotion algorithms are realized.The experiment results show that algorithm presented in this article is feasible.It improves the performance of grid on the whole.
