In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet, the number of the users who access one system rapidly raises. While the diversification of user needs makes services and business logic to deal with increasingly complex, and makes the costs of maintenance and development increase. In order to immediately respond to request from client, to reduce development and maintenance's costs, to rapidly meet user needs and at the same time to avoid highly complexity and data inconsistency problem, a higher demand for business platform's processing power and adaptability in cluster system submits. To this end, we developed a component named Configuration Service to solve the problem mentioned from above while developing enterprise information platform and portal platform. The component can be used for other business platforms and distributed systems' development. This topic originates from the telecommunications business platform cluster system. We actively seek for useful and efficient solutions due to large information, complex business logic, high real-time and high security requirements.According to high resources occupancy rate, bad high-performance, poor scalability, bad maintenance and bad security in the traditional cluster system, this article analyzes the architecture and relation between management platform and executive platform, putting forward a solution based on J2EE - Configuration Service component. By testing, reliable high-stability requirements satisfied users. The components meet the business needs from various of cluster system , while the component can become a solution of other enterprise information. There is a wide range of practical value.Finally, we put Configuration Service components into telecommunications billing management system, the results showed that the implementation of component achieves the goal of system design. Since then, by summarizing in the design process, we point out that the inadequacies in current study and points to improved.
