With the development of network technique and digital communication,great change have taken place in automation control domain,and coming into being an open system and interlink communication net. In the distributed automation and control system software is a very import part. Configuration-software is the most active part in the field of industry control in recent year. There are many similar functions in automation control system,and can be carried out by configuration software. It solves the problem in traditional control system and improves the software reuse rate.This thesis is based on the specific application needs of configuration file consistency, use the flexibility and scalable from Cluster system structure and two-phase commit protocol of Distributed Transaction, It puts forward an distributed lock of configuration file on cluster system. It is mainly to solve two problems .Firstly, the dynamic management and maintenance of HMI (Human Machine Interface) Cluster.Secondly, the form and the interactive order of distributed lock of configuration file, as the distributed lock protocol. It is real-time, non-blocking and durable. The system designed now has been used in certain configuration software.For the first issue, this thesis first describes the concept of configuration software and its development of a common software configuration software structure, features and design ideas, and based on these gets the specific needs of HMI clusters. To the cluster structure of dynamic management and maintenance, based on Cluster and heartbeat detection on the basis of the basic principles, gets design of the cluster system management agreements, including the start-up and cluster nodes agreement on the line, off-line and withdraw from the agreement node cluster nodes such as the normal dynamic management agreement. Taking into account the cluster nodes of the unusual circumstances, design for the node-state agreements and bootstrap agreement achieved heartbeat detection mechanism and the master node elections.This is another important issue, namely the distributed lock research and implementation. This thesis first analyse the specific needs of distributed. And based on these, designs lock semantics and the specific forms, in accordance with the final two stages to agreement to algorithm presented in the form of a distributed lock interactive order. And this thesis gets the idea of the potential problem of network congestion. In the final section it has a brief analysis of the system, and gives the actual test results that this solution can be achieved practical application target.
