In this paper,combining with The Qinghai-Tibet Railway securit y operating system research project which is one of the key projects in th e National Science & Technology Pillar Program during the eleventh Five -Year Plan Period,in view of the serious difficulties brought from the sp ecial conditions of the Qinghai-Tibet railway to the railway construction, operation and maintenance in,a new physical detection method has been i ntroduced by detecting roadbed disease using a set of ground-penetratin g Radar.Ground-penetrating radar is an advanced high-frequency electromag netic exploration techniques.Firstly,based on electromagnetic field an d electromagnetic wave propagation theory,The article analyze the prin ciple of electromagnetic waves in the sub grade broadcast media,as wel l as basic image feature of ground-penetrating radar detection in the rail way roadbed.And then the paper introduces the basic concept and analysis method of ARMA power spectrum of electromagnetic fiel d on the basis of the power spectrum analysis on the roadbed disease, based on which it researches the rolling ARMA power spectrum analy sis techniques,makes the concept of random signal processing penetrat e radar signal processing,and gives constructing method of ARMA po wer spectrum profile and improves its algorithm.Two examples are cite d in this article:one,identify the road hole temperature using this metho d,the other,the underground permafrost empty for disease identificatio n of the railway shoulders.After treatment in the latter part of the radar pr ofile of the drift spectrum removal and zero-line configuration,and finall y to improve the profile of the enlarged spectrum of the wavelet domain a fter its Hilbert transform.As to the research methods the paper firstly collects a large nu mber of engineering geological disasters in permafrost regions and t he associated references,researches and analyzes comprehensively th e effects on geological deposition and subsidence stratigraphy of me lting frozen belt produced because of permafrost.In view of the e xplanation limitations in the time profiles of the current ground-pen etrating radar,the paper presents rolling ARMA power spectrum an alysis techniques which are capable of providing effective analysis means for the identification of permafrost disease.Finally,combinin g numerical model,physical model and an example,aimed at typic al disease such as frozen soil deposition,hollow the paper puts for ward a comprehensive explanation strategy,and it has good effects. Theoretical and practical results show that the study of ground-pen etrating radar in permafrost embankment detection in the Qinghai-Ti bet railway has reference value.
