Beer industry is the youngest and fastest-growing industries of China's wine industry. But now some small and medium-sized beer enterprises lag behind the development of beer. There is an urgent need for the adoption of automation technology to improve product competitiveness in the market. At the process of beer production, beer yeast breeding and expansion of cultivation play a decisive role in maintaining the stability of beer quality and taste pure. Therefore, it is particularly important to improve the level of automation in the yeast phase of expanding pui for beer enterprises.This thesis is based on the design of beer yeast spread cultivation system. First of all, the corresponding control program is proposed through analyzing the form of the beer yeast spread cultivation system and requirements of process control. That is, each level of expansion phases pui control: cooling stage single-input single-output (SISO) fuzzy controller, to the tank temperature and set temperature deviation for the input, the valve opening for output, with the deviation decrease gradually reduce the valve opening gradually lowered settings; thermostat is widely used in the course of the use of industrial process control system PID control. Because of the process of yeast spread cultivation exist many uncertainties, resulting in PID parameter tuning and its control performance is not satisfactory, therefore this paper, we introduce immune genetic algorithm to optimize the PID parameters. Simulation results show that the immune genetic algorithm based on PID tuning better than the traditional project setting, simplex method and other methods of tuning.On this basis, the application separately and STEP7, Kingview of the whole system hardware and software structure analysis and design. Among them, the host computer system to provide users with complete real-time operating status information, and accepted the user's operation command; lower system completed the data acquisition, yeast spread cultivation process automation functions. Throughout the system implementation process of the yeast spread cultivation of digital management and automation control, reducing the operator's labor intensity, improve the quality of the beer yeast and economic benefits. At present, the system is running stable and control effect is very good.
