The technology of blast furnace top pressure power recovery turbine unit is a kind of energy recovery purely technology. The principle is as below: parallel TRT device in blast furnace relief valve group, which is to get work induced by gas expansion when gas pressure pass turbo machinery in the equipment, and thus to drive a turbine for power generation. So the TRT is economic and effective equipment with low investment. However, as an affiliated part of blast furnaces, the normal operation of blast furnaces must be ensured and so the key problem of the TRT development and application is to ensure the stability of the blast furnace top pressure after installing it.Based on the theories of fluid mechanics and the actual circumstance of the TRT system, the instability of the blast furnace top pressure in the TRT system is analyzed in the thesis. A dynamic mathematical model of the stability of the blast furnace top pressure is constituted by means of mechanism modeling method, and its linear model is obtained by linearizing the model in balanced point. Further, the influence in different input and disturbance of the system are similinked and analyzed on the basis of Matlab6.5.1 platformIn consideration of PID controllers'simple principles, convenient operation and they are still the basic control means in the process of industrial control. For the PID control, get satisfied control result only the appropriate match of parameter Kp, Ti, Td, but the engineering tune method have the limited use mostly. The idea of tuning control parameters of multi-target immune genetic algorithm on the basis of regular PID is suggested: consider the ITAE and the exportation power smooth degree as the target functions, and Kp, Ti, Td the variability, and achieve the parameter tune by immunity genetic algorithm. Programs under the Matlab environment are composed and also apply the programs to PID parameter optimization in the TRT system.A TRT control system is designed by the latest SIMATIC PCS7 control system produced by Siemens in term of technological requirement. With the principle of high quality and high effect, the AS414H station and the ET200M long range I/O station are chose as cores control unit. As for the self-control devices including start allied lock, rise to control, rise a power control soon, adjust a crest to press a control normally, shut down a control normally and shut down control urgently while ensure the stability of the blast furnace top pressures, etc, are carefully designed and programmed.
