The vehicle information system is a set of control system,which is using to gather,memory and demonstrate each of information state produced in the automobile travel process.Along with unceasing development of the automobile electronic technology, the vehicle information system is already gradually developing in the direction of intellectualization and digitization.The storage of the vehicle information produced in traveling process provides digital basis for the data analysis of the automobile condition if necessary, the liquid crystal display that can demonstrate mass vehicle information replaces the original limited pointer instrument and so on. Therefore, the main development direction of the modern vehicle information system design is: On the one hand providing the data basis for the correlation testing personnel to analysis each kind of information state after traveling;on the other hand trying it's best to provide more abundant interface for the driver to know the vehicle's condition.The vehicle information system includes information acquisition,CAN bus communication of the data,storage of the data and liquid crystal display of the information.This thesis discusses the design thought and the implementation approach thoroughly, puts forword the method of the information acquisition, storage and liquid crystal display based on CAN bus communication.This dissertation's main research work includes: the software and hardware design of the information acquisition, the CAN bus communication principle and it's implementation, the design of the external storage of the data and the liquid crystal display of the information. According to the requirement of the system's function, the TMS320LF2407A is chosen for ECU, and realizes the CAN communication protocol, signal acquisition processing, storage of the data and liquid crystal display and so on. This system applys CAN bus communication, which has enough superiority comparing to other buses on stability and reliability of the data communication;and designs the external storage of the data by the USB interface,which provides the necessary data and research space for the analysis work of the automobile condition;Besides, the liquid crystal display monitor provides more friendly interface for the driver, and the precision is higher, considerable is stronger.The cost of this system is low, the technique of production and the manufacture equipment are simple, and the electric circuit accurate and reliable after experiment. In the software design, has given the design thought and the main flow chart.This software design uses the modular programming, strengthens program portability and flexibility. This system can be the example of the normal vehicle information system on one aspect,and it is useful for more profound research work on the data analysis of the storaged information. Finally,this dissertation carries on the analysis and design to system's anti-jamming, which further ensures the reliable operation of the system.
