This thesis introduced the present situation of the electric bicycle industry, the problem of the industry development and the function test, simulation overview of the electric bicycle drive system, expounded the research sense of the project.The project introduced the state of the simulation technology, analyzed the limitation of the present simulation technology in the electric bicycle drive system research. Then, proposed the simulation design idea and the overall scheme of the drive system based on half simulation and faced the object simulation idea.Simulation platform design used the modular scheme and function dispersing strategy, formed a system can update and expand. The platform mainly designed the hardware and software scheme for secondary battery performance test, and simulated actual resistance concrete plan through the load motor system. The design of the simulation platform has the simple structure and the comprehensive functions, fully realized the GB"General technical requirements for electric bicycle"GB17761-1999 to test all functions of the electric bicycle drive system. Completely tested the secondary battery, the drive motor and the controller, provided the examination method for the manufacturer to choice accumulator cell and motor. Used the platform to carry out black-box testing of the design controller's functions, for the controller to improve and perfect provide a basis.The platform simulation has used the electric bicycle drive system data acquisition installment. Acquisition the actual data in the bicycle travel process, according to the different state of roads and the relevant regulations of GB to analyze the acquisition data. Comprehensive data provided the basis for the platform simulation's control function design, which is the platform realizing the simulation premise. Through the simulation of a electric cycle's drive system, it proves that the basic functions of the platform have been achieved. Acquisiting practical data and using load electrical, the resistance simulation and the general simulation are carried out. Through a domestic electric bicycle drive system simulation, the baisc function of the simulation platform is verified.
