Because of the disadvantages of traditional Valve-control speedinggoverning system and Variable-speed governing system, a new Pump ControlCylinder Speed Governing system is designed. The new system includesmotor and frequency converter and pump. Compared to the traditionalValve-control speed governing system and Variable speed governing system,The advantage of new Pump Control Cylinder Speed Governing system islower calorific, not any throttle, range of speed bigger, higher efficiency,simple structure. So, Pump Control Cylinder Speed Governing system has somuch value in theoretical research and practical applicationThe traditional PID controller can not change the PID parameters, it isnot suit for nonlinear,time variable, complex Variable frequency PumpControl Speed Governing System. In order to make the dynamiccharacteristics and precision better, the fuzzy-PID controller is chosen in thisthesis. The result of simulation prove: when the fuzzy-PID controller is used,there are better dynamic characteristics. When load is changed, robustness ofsystem is strong.The chip TMS320F2812is taken because of great advantage of digitalsignal processing.
