The Expanding-Capacity Programming And Optimization Project Of GSM Wireless Network Of Xinyang Mobile Company

This paper was about the planning and optimization for expansion program of Xinyang Mobile GSM wireless network in 2008.In order to improve efficiency, combined with the actual needs of work, we've got progress by innovation.The purpose of this study was combined with my practical experience, to complete the program of Xinyang Mobile GSM Wireless Network Planning and Optimization and explore the implementation of expansion. It introduced the current status of China Mobile and the actual situation in Xinyang, summed up the network expansion planning generally process and data and work needs for each process. It used a number of different ways to forecasted the network peak traffic, user traffic and signal coverage demand of Xinyang Mobile in Spring Festival 2009.And we've got the plan of build new capacity stations based on peak traffic, new coverage stations based on demand of signal coverage, the number of switches and BSC we need by both peak traffic and user traffic.At the same time, this study summed up the wireless network optimization generally process and also the data and work needs for each process. It elaborated the specific work results of network optimization in Xinyang Mobile by the whole network of wireless monitoring and alarm processing, data verification, parameter optimization, frequency optimization, optimization of frequency hopping, wireless utilization balance, interfere with training, optimization of the antenna and cable systems, EGPRS Optimization, etc.The progress what we've got were innovative applications to improve efficiency, Including the small tools of average station to station distance calculation to supporting network planning and optimization, increase the fourth multi-sector to reduce the stress of network traffic. And explained that above, combined with actual cases, from the theory, computation methods and the actual meaning.
