As China is a developing country, have vast territory and complicated geographic environment, there a huge gap among medical insurance. Besides, the ageing of the population was increasing year by year. All of these give a big challenge to our medical care public service. Telemedicine provides a solution to these problems. Telemedicine or mobile-medicine not only decreases the travel fatigue, but also offers medical care to the people in rural or who have some trouble in moving. So the medical resources become shareable. The gap mention above can be narrow down and the medical quality and efficiency can increased. The mobile medical system could embody the idea of real time and prevent first in medical health care.With the embedded technology and short-range wireless communications technology, this paper achieved the ECG (electrocardiogram) signal acquisition. The transfers of the ECG data and other health care data form the patient at home to the hospital utilize the embedded equipment that based on ARM9.According to the advantage of Bluetooth, portability, facility, and suitability for short range wireless communication, we choose this technology for the ECG transference.This paper includes the main parts of software platform in embedded OS, application programs, ECG signal receiving on the back-end server and the Real-Time rendering of the ECG waveform.First, the design goal, of the components in this system and the architecture of hardware design are introduced..Second, this paper makes some researches on the software of the embedded platform, and the method of the multiprocess programming in the linux environment. At last, the mechanism of ECG signal has been researched, and this paper gives the method of how to render the ECG data immediately.The paper realizes the design of mobile-medicine system, and reaches the desired effect. The system achieves transmission of ECG data between the patient at home and back-end server in the hospital.
