It is known that wireless data is one of the hottest topics in the telecom area. With the development of Unicom CDMA 1X Network, the data service transfer through CDMA 1X Mobile Communication Network can be realized. In addition to provide clear voice, CDMA Network can provide high data transmission speed of 153.6 kb/s which is higher enough to provide multiple data service. But in the actual network, some factors restrict the average data transmission speed. The object of wireless data service optimization is to improve the transfer rate of user data and raise the utilization rate of the network resource. How to improve wireless data transmission rate and the network throughput, reduce transmission delay, and finally keep the superiority of CDMA 1X Network in higher wireless data transmission rate, is a key task of the CDMA network optimization project. This paper studies the theory and practice of the CDMA1X wireless data service optimization. After a theoretical analysis, according to the data comparison of the actual network, it put emphasis on the effects which the BSC data allocation strategy exerts on the data transmission rate. The efficiency of SCH establishment and allocation roots in the time resource. Time resource and the power fluctuation of base station result in a random SCH speed allocation. In the devising experiment of the paper, the amount and distribution of data service user are well evaluated. At the same time, the qualifications of system load control are considered to achieve a balance between system load capacity and data service capability. Accordingly, the rate of online speed is promoted. This paper bases on the theory of CDMA network structure and wireless data transmission, through optimizing wireless network, packed data service network and service application layer to improve the capability of data transmission and optimize the network. Consequently customer satisfaction is greatly increased.
