Data Mining Based Research On Analysis To The Data Of The College Teaching

At present, the application of computer and network is becoming more common in the process of accelerating the construction of the digital campus. All kinds of departments in school are constantly improving their own management information, which has accumulated a large amount of data in a long time. But these valuable information resources are lack of comprehensive information consciousness and technology, the data can only be used for simple query and statistics, while those are hidden in the deep level have not been fully utilized. Data mining technology extract effective, implicit and potentially useful knowledge in order to optimize information management by analyzing a lot of incomplete data in the database, which provides an important basis for efficient management department. Therefore, the research of data mining technology becomes an important task for colleges and universities, which is meaningful for the education profit.To apply data mining technology to data analysis of colleges and universities can not only help teachers to understand student’s study situation through the deep analysis and data processing, but also improve teaching efficiency, and conducive to student’s own development, target to improve students’ academic performance. This paper firstly introduces the related theories and algorithms of data mining, and focus on the association rules of Apriori algorithm, clustering analysis of K- means algorithm,C4.5 algorithm of classification analysis. On this basis, the paper makes preparation and pretreatment toward data of computer science and technology of Hebei normal university students course grade through taking weka platform as the main tool of data mining, and makes association rules analysis, and get some correlation between courses in order that guidance and advice students learning and course selection, which could provide certain reference; The paper makes clustering analysis through optical experiment teacher evaluation data by grade 2008 physics majors, which get the higher cluster of teacher evaluation similarity, and finds the shortage of teachers in the teaching process to promoting teachers’ professional development; The survey of computer programming courses make classification analysis by the way of data preparation and pretreatment in order to find the main factors influencing computer program design course, which provides a powerful data support for the improvement of teaching quality.The research obtains the potential useful information through deeply explanation and data mining of teaching. The determination and curriculum setting of the program in colleges and universities has a strong reference value, at the same time, it has a certain guiding significance to the students’ learning and teachers’ teaching work.
