Development And Application Of Data Analysis System Application For Petrochemical Enterprise Operational Management

Today big data analysis has become the industry trend, In the big data analysis, petrochemical industry also needs to catch up with the pace of efforts of society, based on the big data through specialized specific analysis and processing for precision marketing and optimize production. After years of informationization, Petrochemical Enterprises has formed, such as ERP, MES, OA etc., the multiple applications under different system architectures systems generate large amounts of real-time and historical data. How to use these data to obtain valuable information for management decision of the company to provide strong support is the main problem we need solution. Data analysis system can be considered to be established based on the relation database and decision support system, is a data processing platform, to provide support for the company’s senior management decision-making, and data analysis system platform with data warehouse and data mining technology, to obtain the potential useful information in one direction, which is also the subject of the study. Combination of data warehouse and datamining technology, data analysis system is used to provide decision support for management in electric business and financial fields are very popular and mature, but for the petrochemical enterprises in the production management and financial management decision support, the research does not common.In this paper, establish a data analysis system is based on the data information system of Zhejiang Hengyi Petrochemical Co. Ltd. to build a multidimensional data warehouse, analyze the data from many aspects, and at the same time, combine datamining techniques to extract important information from the historical data to provide data support for the company’s senior leader decision-making. In this paper, data warehousing and data mining carried out in ORACAL, the FineReport is the main software to build data analysis system with combined datamining and deal with on-line analytical processing. In this paper, the data analysis system can provide dynamic, intuitive graphical reports, very good realization data interaction, not only to meet the daily requirement of the queries, but also to meet the advanced data analysis modeling of re-development, belongs to a preliminary exploration data analysis and decision, has considerable practical significance for the company’s future management decisions.
