The mobile communication technology is in the second generation stage, and gradually to third generation network stage. Becoming fiercer in the market competition of mobile communication trade, how to improve satisfaction of customers, raise the impression that the feeling to the network, improving the existing network maintenance level and optimizing quality, its benefit of full play that maximum, has already become the important subject of improving the management level of network maintenance. This text has introduced the summary of CDMA mobile communication, main characteristic of mobile system and call signalling course . This text also introduce the current network situation and regular network maintenance and optimizations of Shanghai UNICOM.Secondly in an all-round way, this text introduce the CDMA signalling flow of call setting up and the principle of call access Process. The characteristic of this text is to make from call setting up which switch over the course analyses the impact on quality of the network of procedure that the angle starts with and studies signalling course to make.Recommend the thematic job used agilent signalling course analyzer make operation method, testing method of call sett up time research. Make data analysis to the letter of magnanimity, how to use the software is extremely important skillfully.Unifing the Shanghai Unicom network, it enhance the netwok quality greatly by adjusting netwok connection parameter, optimizing call setup signaling flow, reducing the call setup time. Finally shanghai CDMA network has surpassed neighbour province nework and the competitor GSM network.
