From last century 90s to nowadays, enterprises just made a transition from cross simulation system to digital switch system, and now facing networking evolution. In last ten years, communication medias became more and more, such as fixed phone, mobile phone, fax, email, message, real-time communication and so on, and the enterprises had many experience on updating their information system. Enterprises communication system became very large and complex, operator, voicemail, fax sever, email sever, massage sever, office robotization, customer relationship management and other systems are separate, the fees for maintenance is keeping on a high rate, it brings high cost to enterprise and effect the development of the enterprise.With the VoIP technology, enterprise communication is now updating to next generation of networking, the enterprises hope to improve flows of their employees, suppliers internal/external communication, in order to reduce communication costs, improve internal team-working efficiency, speed of replying customers and customers satisfaction.This paper based on the back group of UC unified-communication platform, which research on next generation of unified-communication platform's application technologies, probe into enterprise IP communication, contact, interactive, customer service and business communication, design and achieve enterprise level of next generation unified-communication platform, support modern enterprises with whole communication solutions, and help enterprises to unify their communication service, reduce costs on communication, improve customer service and running efficiency and competitive power in marketing.In next generation of communication achievement, we will use VoIP as the foundation, apply CSTA technology to intelligentize traditional switch, create flows of unified-communication platform, information and real-time communication cooperation, supply enterprises with multi-service windows for customers (WEB Calling, traditional phone, real-time communication), offer intelligent IVR navigation and powerful ACD auto queue function. Now we can supply enterprise employees with communication partner, unified fax, message, email and others desktop communication tools.
