Traffic Fees Levy Management System Based On J2EE

The transportation fees is that the traffic administrative department in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State Council and the provincial (town) government levies the fee , which is used to construct and maintenance transportation infrastructures , on the owner or user of ships,vehicles. Since the reform and opening-up, transportation industry especially road construction has made great strides, which supports and ensures effectively that the national economy maintains a sustained, rapid and sound development. As the major channel of the fund-raising, the transportation fees have played an irreplaceable role in enhancing road construction. The task of transportation construction is still difficult and complex in the next period. In order to accelerate the development of the transportation, fund-raising is the key.The transportation fees is the most stable source of found,and it directly affects the accomplishment of the strategy for transportation development. Levying the transportation fees comes down to every aspect of social life. The transportaion fees informatization is an important part of the government information, and also is one of the chief signs of the transportation information. However there are many problems in implementation,such as the number of the toll gate is limited,and it costs long time in queuing up,and it is inconvenient to park in front of the toll gate.All of these bring people many troubles, in particular, it is difficult to pay fees for people of outlying mountain areas. In addition, the vehicles that didn't pay fees still exist beacause of the factors of the history account and accumulative arrear,while the new accounts are increasing. As the traditional fixed network has met the needs with difficulty, people wish that they can pay fees ,print bill, and query the information of vehicles anytime,anywhere. How to achieve legal ,scientific,civilized and rigorous charge? How to offer facilities for payment for the public? How to achieve payment in different places or on the Internet?The old system hasn't meet people's need,so it is imminent to develop the new system of transportation fees collection management. It has been proved that the transportation fees collection management system based on J2EE is a good solution.This paper mainly study the basic technology,security mechanism and services of the transportation fees online charging system. This paper emphasizes classic four-tier architecture of J2EE, that is, the client modules running on the manchine of customer; the web modules running on the J2EE server; the business logic model running on the J2EE server; the software of corporation information running on EIS server.It is to fully dig for the potential of J2EE and result in great leaps of the transportation fees collection management system.
