Traffic Inspection and Fees Levy System includes inspection,levy and internal management, which is one of the most important parts of developing road transportation informatization. With the rapid development of modern communication technology and information management technology, especially wireless communication technology, the former network based on wide area network(WAN) can't meet the requirement. It is to be hoped that people can charge,pay,print receipt and ask for information of vehicle at all times and places. Modern mobile communication technology and mobile communication equipment make it possible to establish a mature and stable mobile computing basic platform.This paper designs and implements a mobile traffic inspection and fees levy system. It transfers data via GPRS. It uses PDA as the platform of inspection and levy. And it uses mobile transaction processing and synchronous replica as the basis of transferring and processing data wirelessly.First of all, this paper introduces wireless transfer and mobile computing environment simply, and introduces EMDB's origin and development with great emphasis. After that this paper systematically analyses current classic mobile transaction processing model. According to the requirement of mobile traffic inspection and fees levy system, based on Kangaroo transaction processing model, we raised MVIL-MT transaction processing model which supports the mobility, frequent disconnection and failover. Then this paper elaborates on the RDA(Remote Data Access) synchronous replica mechanism in SQL Server CE which realizes the connection between mobile client and remote server and processes corresponding data. We analyzed its deficiency and raised optimization strategy which realizes efficient synchronization between mobile client and remote server. At last, this paper introduces the design and implementation in detail and deals with the next work about the system's design and implementation. |
