In the process of information construction , the information systems of Electric Power System have been developed greatly ;even though there are several issues such as data exchanges and team cooperation between the different sections because of poor global planning management.Due to the differences between the running enviorment , operation modes and data processing , isolated information resource forms one by one.Besides this ,as the widespread of compute network and the development of the network computing technique , different network calculates begin to merge , such as distributed computing and P2P computing.The traditional integration technology and integration model are hard to meet the need of the new situation requirments.In the current Electric Power System distributed enviroment ,considering the situation of the amalgamation of the P2P computing and other calculatings, the article designs the NDHDIF(New Distributed Heterogeneous Data Integeration Framework) to meet the challenge of current electronic power data integration on the basis of the tradition advanced integration technology and integration model.Taking account of the key problem of the heterogeneous data integration fully , The NDHDIF has three innovations:a new middleware system which contains double agents and muti-function package to resolve distributed data isomerism and local data isomerism;entirely and local rule bases to resolve semanteme isomerism;P2P message communication platform to resolve the issue of the crasis of the distributed computing and P2P computing as well as the communication problem between the distributed nodes.The platform realizes the fuctions of distributed data query, distributed metadata management and data services for sevral kinds of network computing.In the end, the NDHDIF has been implemented succefully in the Electronic Systen and provided the services of data integration and data support for the Electric Network Equivalence Distribute Managerment System.The platform has been used by ChongQing Electronic Commpany more than one year that proves NDHDIF's usability and stability.
