The Study Of Auto Welding Auxiliary Device With Multifunction

Considering that manual welding still plays a leading role,a kind of auto welding auxiliary device's control system with multifunction has been developed in the subject,of which the PC is the host computer and the high-performance DSP TMS320F2812 is the motion core. This control system can improve our country's automation level in welding field,decrease the dependence for foreign products and reduce the cost of production.The subject has completed the design work of control system which includes hardware and software design in the foundation of designing the mechanical structures,and test the motion process of walking motor and swing motor. In the part of the mechanical structures,the subject design the mechanical structures including welding orbit,running mechanism,swing mechanism and raising mechanism,and provide the foundation for the control system. The design of control system includes the design of hardware structure and the compilation of software. The hardware consists of DSP minimum system circuit,motor drive circuit and communication circuit. The compilation and debugging of software is the programming environment of CCS. In the foundation of study the TMS320F2812 richly,the subject has compiles the program of motor-control and serial port communication. In order to improve the reliability of the system,the subject has taken some measures in hardware design and software design to improve the anti-interference ability. The experimental results show that the control system runs steadily and has high automation level and accuracy of motion.The walking motor and swing motor can perform the required motion,so the system has good generality. The system can also accomplish the acquisition of current signal and the communication of serial port. The subject has reached the requirements.
