With the rapid development of electronics technology, software technology and communication technology, the research of ECG machine will undoubtedly link up with new technology and strong capability of auto-analysis, the development orientation of which is to be high capacity, high accuracy and small size.The dominant frequency of DSP chip TMS320F2812 is 150MHz, which is enough to execute more complicated algorithm. For this reason, we use TMS320F2812 to design a ECG sampling system which is able to sample, display and transmit the ECG signal. Its distinguishing feature is small size, high precision and the great capability of data processing.The main content of this thesis are:1. introduce the domestic and international condition of the ECG sampling system and the trend direction, and give out the main construction of the ECG system, check the speed of RAM and FLASH, and give out the reason for choosing TMS320F2812;2. design the signal conditioning circuit, including the low-pass filter circuit and protection circuit, preamplifier and main amplifier, and describe the capability of these circuits;3. design the signal processing circuit of the ECG sampling system, including the power supply circuit, the crystal circuit,the AD circuit, the DA circuit, the Ecan circuit and the LCD circuit, design the related software, check the accuracy of AD results and the reliability of ECAN bus.We test the operational capability of TMS320F2812 and the related module of signal processing. Based upon this, we design a model machine and successfully sample the ECG signal, which is very important to design the high-accuracy and auto-analysis embedded ECG sampling system.
