Along with the development of the network technology, the streaming media technique such as video transportation has developed greatly. The streaming media is different from other data type transmission, which requests the high bandwidth, the low delay, and the loss rate of packages. The multi-network card binding (as one kind of inexpensive technology) may enhance the server link bandwidth, and improve the network performance apparently; moreover it can reduce the server breakdown because of the link breakdown. When many network card port are bound to work together, the system decide which network port should be used to transmit the data at present, and make the load balance achievement as one kind of mechanism for choosing the link, causing the network load of every ports to be equal.This paper designs a video transmission system based on binding multiple NICs. With the binding multiple NICs, RTP load optimizing strategy and the data's special distribution strategy of RTP packet, the problem of congestion due to the network bandwidth deficiency under large concurrency situation can be effectively solved. The experiment proves that in the large concurrency network, the system reduces the packet loss rate and improves transmission efficiency.Through considering the waiting formation's length and the performance of each link, and assigning the current capacity to many networks, this paper proposed a kind of load equalization strategy which based on the multi-network card and arrive the client side link most quickly. When receiving the data, we chooses one to be able to arrive the client side link to carry on the transmission most quickly and assigns the current capacity to many networks, the transmission bandwidth also can grow by multiple, the different channels implement the load equalization, and could become each other's backup simultaneously, they also guarantee the redundancy of the link. So the proposal could solve the load equalization problem effectively, and use the bandwidth highly effective.This paper designs video frequency transmission system based on the multi-network, and it give the system model and the basic flow, as well as each module basic function and so on. This system increases the bandwidth, solves load equalization question better, and reduces the latency and loss rate of packages.
