Super heavy oil in Liaohe Oil Field currently has millions of tons heavy oilproduction, while the equipment of sucker rod oil pumping system is very important insuper heavy oil production. Because most of the super heavy oil wells are located in theoutside field, and their geographical positions are relatively scattered. In order toimprove the working efficiency and economic benefits, people should grasp the workingconditions of each well on each platform quickly and accurately, find out the problemsof each oil well and adjust and deal with these problems in time. This subject is todesign and develop an intelligent control system about super heavy oil productiveplatform. This system aims to fulfill the purpose of data acquisition, transmission,storage and resolution, complete the drawings of the indicator diagrams of oil wells,raise the efficiency of fault treatments, and real-time monitor the running status of theplatform pumping units.This system includes site monitoring terminal and monitoring center concretely.Site monitoring terminals are based on Siemens s7-200PLC. According to pre-setsampling frequency, collecting oil Wells pressure, temperature, voltage, current, loadand displacement parameters and through the Ethernet and other far spread forms, it canreceive and motor the central instructions in the same time, and complete thecorresponding control movement. The monitoring center software have used the C++Builder5language to develop so as to realize the oil wells data’s receiving, storage andprocessing, the display of working state, the damping-displacement’s drawing, printingreport forms and oil wells’ management. Besides, it can strengthen the effectivemanagement of oil wells so as to improve the operation efficiency of the oil wells.The intelligent control system of the super heavy oil productive platform, whichwas studied and designed in this subject, has the features of reliable informationtransmission, low cost and fitting for monitoring in unattended field environment.Therefore, it improves the automatic management level of oil wells.
