Design And Implementation Of ISO Management System Based On Workflow

The ISO9000 Quality Control (version 2000) project was initiated in 2005 by the E&D Research Institute. Workflow is an approach to coordinate, communicate and control with information technology during the entire period of net management. As a kind of technique, the workflow integrates many research mechanisms, approaches and technologies related with the computer science and management science and to be employed the field of OA ( Office Automatic System). Summary of the research work as followed:The technique features, classification and development situation of the workflow analysis, ISO9000 quality system corresponding information technique development environment determination. And, 4 items index of ISO9000 quality management with Louts/Domino6.5 reality at the Research Institute. The 4 automation items include: system file management, quality record management, project process management and quality record template standardization.More work such as the mechanism of ISO9000 Quality Control and the core of QC conception introduced based on the above research. The key point of the ISO9000 is to control the management implementation and improvement using the integrated operation flow.Additional, the requirement analysis for the Research Institute management system is also to be conducted based on the QC function construction of the workflow. The other logical system, data system, reality system supporting structures established with the workflow engine in order to describe the detail construction, software environment and reality measures, etc. In the meanwhile, the detail modules also established for the branch departments.At the end of paper, the author summaries the concerns should to be considered during the development of workflow engine research.
