| Nowadays, in the field of engineering, using common digital signal processor to process real-time digital signal is a hot subject, which provides a kind of very challenge work. Real-time DSP provides an effective method for designing and carrying out different kinds of DSP arithmetic in real applied procedures. In recent years, with the DSP widely applied in many areas, the advanced data processor is in great demand day by day. The appearance of digital signal processor makes modern detect technology become simple and high-feasibility, more and more testing systems based large computer move to DSP platform, which has the same processing capability as computer. Proper using DSP will bring revolutionary changes to engineering.Cable detecting is a key step in the use of cable. The record of the cable parameter plays a directive role in the safe operation of cable. Recently, there isn't a standard formed in the recording of the cable on-line operation parameter. Therefore, the collecting of on-line cable data is in great demand nowadays and very practical.This paper studies the function and usage of the current and the temperature sensor, based on the current and temperature during the operation of direct current cable. And it also develops hardware circuit of data collecting, based on TMS320LF2407A DSP as junior processor. The circuit consists of A/D converting circuit, display circuit of LED, serial interface circuit and other function hardware circuits. Then based on LabVIEW, design the software of the PC, which finished the final recording and display of the collected data.This paper respectively analyzes the hardware circuit and software system. With respect to hardware, it talks about the current sensors collect data and diverted through A/D, filtrated in FIR and sent to DSP processor and then sent to be displayed on LED in circuits, and finally sent to PC together with temperature signals. In software part, designs the assembler for DSP processor; In PC, LabVIEW is applied to designs two ways transported through RS-232 serial interface, in order to collect, record and display programs and convenient display interface is designed as well. This system proved effective after a lot of experiments.The final part of this paper concludes the thesis and points out the space which requires further study. |
