Multi-sensor is the elementary and the most important structural unit of the monitoring information system. It is also the most significant forward part of monitoring information acquisition. With the increasing of the monitoring sensors and survey methods, the integrated sensor data of monitoring information system rises sharply. As the single senor develops into multi-sensor in the sensor system, an specific monitoring mission often requires multi-level and multi-sensor to cooperate. The central task of multi-sensor information acquisition system is to obtain information more efficiently, timely. As the main component of multi-sensor information acquisition technology, the problem of multi-sensors management and collaboration obtains more and more attention.Based on the problem of multi-sensor interface adaptor, multi-sensor management and collaboration interaction, this dissertation is mainly concerned with the design and implementation of multi-sensor information acquisition system to multi-level surveillance. In order to solve the access diversification problem for multi-sensor information acquisition, it uses dynamically added the component access adaptor. All of the information that obtained from radar, photoelectricity sensor and ground sensor is conduct the unified access by sensor interface adapter. We theoretical analyze the unified access of the multi-sensor information, the monitoring of multi-sensor linkage and cross-regional monitoring of target handoff. According to requirements of the specific monitoring information system, we get demand analysis and overall design of multi-level multi-sensor information acquisition system and accomplish the design and encodings of system software.Based on the actual need of engineering project, this dissertation designs an reasonable and feasible solution of multi-sensor information acquisition system to multi-level monitoring. We analyze the resource restrain of different sensors, realize the dynamically added the multi-sensor access adaptor and increase flexibility and collaboration management of sensor interface extending. We represent the design of the software and verify the system software through considerable data simulation and engineering practical experiments. Through reasonable allocating multi-sensor resources and using multi-sensor monitoring system, the system solves the variety of collection interface and collaboration monitoring of the multi-level multi-sensor information acquisition system. The experiments demonstrate that the system software meets actual service requirement and the software and algorithm are effective and usable.Based on actual demand of engineering application, we propose the improvement and research aspect of adaptive optimization of the sensor interface and information processing.
