The low-light- level stress system is the most part of the low-light-level night vision equipment of the reliability tests, It is offered the light stress which meeted the military requirements of the standard for the low-light-level night vision.This paper mainly emphasises on the illuminance analyzed and calculated of the low-light stress system. Using the Monte Carlo methods, the mathematical model which tracing the trajectories of the photons is established, Combined with the technology of computer, the integrating sphere of the light stress source is simulated and the irradiance distribution result of the four exit port of the integrating sphere can be gained, It is matched with the theoretical analysis and experimental results. In addition, In case of additional objective of collimator which has wide field and bands and Imposition of thermal stress, the low-light stress is calculated and proposed the switching agencies design method. At last some detection control circuit hardware design for the reliability testing equipment has been accomplished.There are many advantages using the a total of light sources which used in its radial laid, the utilization rate of light sources, the stress imposed by the consistency of light, convenient to compare the results of four experiments, easy to meet new models of experimental low-light-level night vision requirements.
