This paper strengthens some function of original low-light stress system, based upon the analyse and study of the original equipment of reliability test of the low-light level sight. The original equipment can test all targets of the low-light level sight. And the equipment can control and memorize the result of experiment real-timely. Nowadays, new type of low-light level sight are assembled in the army, so the reliability of which are need to test.This paper adds the strong flicker,high-low temperature box device to the original system of low-light stress according to the GJB2422—95 which is modify. It emphasises on the detailed abstract calculation and the designs for the improved system of light-stress including the calculation of illuminance, the optical design for objective of collimator which has wide field and bands and some physical designs for collimator. It also introduces the principle,configure of integrating sphere .Combined with the technology of computer, Monte Carlo method is applied to simulate integrating sphere. The result of simulation can statistic the number of photons of each sphere girdle ,the area of which is equal. It is important to guide the design for integrating sphere.
