By means of the research and design of the pulse type semiconductor laser ranging system, this article explores how to develop the pulse laser ranging system of dexterous body type and farther ranging by the low cost. The overseas semiconductor laser ranging technology is relatively mature, but the domestic pulse laser rangefinder's range is away from near, generally within 1000m, which has certain distance compare to the overseas.Because the laser power and the light beam quality which are launched by the range measuring system has directly influenced the measuring range of the range measuring system, this design uses the tunnel multi-source region semiconductor laser, the column lens collimation method, the high efficiency in the pulse laser drive source and optimizing pre-amplification level and suppress noise's method and the noise threshold value electric circuit to enhance the laser distance measuring system's range finder distance. Also, this article uses the time scale enlargement technology to guarantee laser distance measuring system's range finder precision and the accuracy, and obtains the more reliable metrical data by the actual confirmation. |
