The paper by pulsed laser ranging time interval measurement technology research, design high-precision time interval measurement system, and produced a time interval measurement apparatus. Time measurement accuracy of 100ps, corresponding to the ranging accuracy of 1.5cm.This paper introduces the time interval measurement method is commonly used at domestically and abroad, done a comparison and analysis of time interval measurement method is suitable for pulsed laser ranging system, select the method of simulation and interpolation to measure the time interval measurement system. Verify the correctness of the design of the hardware system by using simulation software and to achieve the optimal design for the circuit system.
