Free space optical communication becomes a new direction of optical communications because of its advantages as broad bandwidth, high bit rate, high security and good performance on anti-jamming. The transmitting module of signal optical including such as optical generating, modulating, emitting and keeping optical wave stabilization, is very important in optical communication system.This thesis is one part of the project of "space optical communication system". With the system design requirements, completed the design of high power and high rate electro-optic modulator driver.This thesis provides the analysis of the theory in external modulation of signal optical transmitting module. We analyze the technology of high-power, high power and high rate modulator driver. Being based of communication system, we design high power and high rate electro-optic RF driver and optimum bias controlling circuit according with technology target for simulating.Our designing module is based on the analysis of new typical electro optic crystal. That is a new sample for high power, high data rate signal optical transmitting. We provide feasible approach for high performance optical communication system. |
