Uncooled Infrared imaging technology has been proved to be an revolutionary incident for its wide applications in many areas, such as military and commerce etc, especially uncooled infrared detector is being paid much attention for its high practicality and low cost. It included infrared detector and ROIC of inflared detector.In this thesis, a novel uncooled infrared detector of SOI and uncooled ROIC are studied. First, the advantages of uncooled infrared detectors of SOI is described. Then, the simulation results of diode is obtained, furthermore, the whole processes for diode array are developed. Based on the theories, several diodes are designed, Then the functions of the readout circuit in the signal transmission are described. In the end , the testing instrument of the infrared imaging system is set up with Capacitor Feedback Transimpedance Amplifier(CTIA) structure. The experimental results show that the results are in agreement with the theoretical values. |
