Research On Positive Report And Media Supervision In Chinese TV News

It is always a hot topic News Media studies that how to reinforce and revise the supervision of TV media while stick to the guideline of positive publicity, and how to deal with the relationship between positive publicity and media supervision. Through 3 chapters, this Paper studies the positive publicity and media supervision in Chinese TV report, and analyzes their relationships, and finally comes up with harmonious development between them.Chapter 1, commencement form the diction of positive report and media supervision, and then analyzes the positive report and media supervision ,and analyzes the characteristics of the positive report and media supervision, makes people have a new recognition of positive report and media supervision, revise their false understanding, and lay the theoretical and logical foundation for the later chapters.Chapter 2, explains the TV news'positive report and media supervision, and comes up with the integration of starting point and destination of them. They are mutual dependent. Meanwhile, this chapter finds the origin of their conflict; it is the recognition mistakes suppress the development of them; the abuse of media supervision influences the principle of positive reports.Chapter 3 is the emphasis of this Paper. The author gives three countermeasures: 1.improve the"quality"of positive report; 2. control the"degree"of media supervision, and be avoiding of the negative effect of positive report; 3. play the positive effect of media supervision and create a good environment of media supervision.Undertaking the reason analyzes (why to do) and procedure analyzes (how to do) by the three countermeasures, and finds the harmonious intersection by integration of theory with practice, making them develop towards a united direction.
