With the rapid development of multimedia, the whole world Electronic Commerce volume of trade has appeared to increase year by year at a high speed. For Electronic Payment plays important part in Electronic Commerce payment, attracting attention of people, Electronic Cheque is becoming a hot research topic as one important way of Electronic Payment. Electronic Cheque accomplishes payment between accounts by electronic transmission—Internet or wireless, Traditional Cheque used for reference. Electronic Cheque security is most important.Firstly, introduce and analyze Electronic Cheque existing systems, and on the basis of it, a new scheme with more safe technologies is proposed. For the concealment, robustness, security of information hiding location and tolerance of compression on transmission of Digital Watermark technology, the scheme of the linkup of Digital Signature technology, Digital Encryption technology and Digital Watermark technology is safer. Secondly, specify the design and the working flow of scheme parts and scheme. And then analyze the Digital Signature technology, Digital Encryption technology and Digital Watermark technology, and choose suitable algorithm—ECDSA, AES and DCT. Optimize ECDSA to improve calculation efficiency.Lastly, program with MATLAB. During programming of DCT, it is supposed to improve speed using rapid transformation algorithm. The results of experiment specify the security of the scheme, which is the linkup of Digital Signature technology,Digital Encryption technology and Digital Watermark technology.
