Peer-to-peer network is a focus of researches and attentions in the field of computer in recent years, and it has been applied in many fields, however, due to the decentralization, autonomy, dynamic, self-organization, heterogeneity of P2P network, it is difficult for the P2P communication system to provide authentication among peers and secure transmission of data without the center peer.This paper proposed the system of Certificate Authority based on the P2P distributed environment which researched the P-Grid technology of P2P and the mode of CA based on the characteristics of P2P. The function of distributed CA is executed by the general entities in the network and each entity could award the certificate. The dispersed management of certificate induced the difficulty of distributing the certificate. With the correlative technology of P2P, it resolved the difficulty of managing and distributing the certificate using the search technology of P-Grid. Moreover, it advanced the system's reliability and security with the measured trust of several entities.XML(xtensible Markup Language)is a data standard developed by W3C(The Worldwide Web Consortium). Its structure, interoperability, scalability and easy exchange feature have been widely used in many industries. This paper studied and compared the merits and demerits of several Digital Multi-Signatures in the domestic and overseas fields, and then combined the knowledge of XML. It is a trend of electtonical affairs that XML is used in digital multi-signature of the electronical docunment. It put forward a new sequential XML Digital Multi-Signature based on the system of P2P distributed Certificate Authority and analysed the security, robust capability, communication cost and so on. Furthermore, it proved the scheme's reliabity and security. Finally, this scheme's implement was introduced on the eclipse environment which used java language based on the XML data exchanging.In addition, this paper analysed and researched the basal theory and the algorithm performance of the traditional Schnorr digital signature algorithm and the characteristics and applications of digital watermark. Through these, we understanded the basal theory of the watermark embeded algorithm and analysed the P2P network's structure characteristic. Then, it proposed the data Multi-Signature system embeded the watermark authentication on the sequential Multi-Signature using the data wantermark technology. Furthermore, the paper also anlalysed the scheme's security and effectivity.It proved that the scheme could avoid the fraudulence of the signature and ensure the integrality of information.
